Creating Local Dive Instructors with Internships
Something we are very proud of is our Internship & DMT programs we run for young men and women from the local community.
Over an 18-month period our interns enjoy the hands-on opportunity to become world-class, and most importantly employable, Dive Professionals. Not only learning to dive, handle boats, splice, tie marine knots, select dive sites, give clear & precise briefings, understand physics & physiology related to the underwater world, and handle dive equipment, they also learn valuable life skills.
This is a ‘college masterclass’ for our diving community. Many of our ‘superstar’ staff are graduates of this program, and once you’ve dived with them, we’re sure you’ll agree, they are the ‘best in the business’.
